BASE DESCRIPTION

The Defensive buildings on this base are evenly distributed which makes the base strong from all sides of the base. In most of the bases that players at TH6 make, all the Gold and Elixir storages are placed in one single compartment in the center to protect the resources, but this strategy is completely wrong because if somehow the opponent’s troops gets to that one compartment he/she will get all your resources. So, it is better to place your Gold and Elixir storages in different compartments away from one another like in our base, so that even if the opponent takes out one side of the base, you won’t lose all your resources. Hence, storages are evenly placed in different compartments. 

The most important feature of this base is how the traps are placed in the outside compartments, its pretty much impossible to avoid those deadly traps. There is a Giant bomb in the bottom protecting the air sweeper because most attackers tend to attack from the bottom, hence when opponents deploy their giants from the bottom of the base, their troops get destroyed by that giant bomb and traps.

Air Defences are placed in the center of the base so that they can protect our base against balloon attacks. Mortars are also placed in the center of the base so that they can cover pretty much the whole base and deal splash damage to enemy’s troops. Our most important defense buildings like wizard towers, mortars and air defenses are well protected in the center of the base which makes this base so strong. Also, the Gold storages and Elixir Storages are kept at a distance from one another so that opponent can’t take out all of them at once. These features of this base make it a perfect base for farming and Trophy pushing.

This base is Anti Giant Wizard, Anti BARCH, Anti Giant Healer. Since the Air Defenses in the base are placed in the center of the base, they are well protected to protect against air attacks like Mass Balloon and other air attacks. The traps are placed in the right spots as well which counters attacks like Hog + Balloon and Giant wizard attacks. It can also defend against some newly upgraded Town hall 7 attackers with ease. So, overall in this base layout all the defensive buildings are well placed, hence, this base can easily defend against any Air attacking and Ground Attacking strategy.

BEST DEFENSIVE CLAN CASTLE TROOPS COMBINATIONS

Using clan castle troops for defending your base is highly recommended as they can put the attacker in trouble by distracting them. Even though the base alone is sufficient to stop most of the attacks used by Town Hall 6 attackers, using the clan castle can help a lot. At Town Hall 6 you can get Maximum of 20 housing space in your clan castle, here are some of my recommendations for CC troops combinations for the defense at Town Hall 6 :-

1. 1 Witch + 2 Wizards (Recommended)
2. 1 Baby Dragon + 2 Wizards + 2 Archers 
3. 2 Valkyries + 1 Wizard 
4. 1 Dragon

Since most people can’t get these troops from their clans, you can also use other troop combinations which are easily available like all wizards, all balloons or any other troop combination but i highly recommend you to have above-mentioned troops for best defensive experience at Town Hall 6.
