BASE DESCRIPTION

Hey guys, what’s up! It’s Dark Barbarian, and today I’ve got an awesome Town Hall 6 Hybrid Base for you all. This base is built to protect your resources and maintain your trophies at the same time, so whether you’re farming or trying to push, this layout’s going to have your back.

I’ve spent a lot of time testing this design against various attack strategies, and the results have been solid. We’ll go over all the key placements in the Base Analysis part of the post, so make sure you stick around for that.

let’s get into the Base Analysis,

First things first—the Town Hall is placed right in the core of the base. This is super important because it holds loot and gives up a star when taken down. So, by putting it in the center, we make it much harder for attackers to reach and secure that one star.

The most crucial defenses at TH6 are Air Defenses, Mortars, and Wizard Towers—and we’ve made sure they’re protected and well-positioned.

Air Defenses and Mortars are placed side by side in the central compartment. This makes it really tough for attackers to reach them, and also lets them cover a large part of the base. Mortars help counter spam ground troops like BARCH, G barch and Mass Goblins. while Air Defenses take care of Balloons and Healers.

We’ve paired our Air Sweeper with the Air Defense to push back Balloons and force attackers to deploy from the less favorable side. This setup slows down air troops, giving our defenses more time to deal damage

The Wizard Towers are spread out—not clumped—so they don’t get taken out by a single spell or group of troops. They cover both defenses and storages with splash damage, which is super helpful against grouped troops.

Archer Towers are placed in a triangle formation around the base, providing solid air and ground coverage for the entire layout. This setup makes it very difficult for air attackers to get in easily.

Cannons are also placed in a triangle formation around the base, where they’re most effective against ground troops, helping to control pathing and clean up support troops that break off from the main push.

Now, let’s talk about loot storages placements. Each Gold and Elixir Storage is placed in separate compartments. That means an attacker needs to wipe out the whole base to take all your loot, which is way better than giving it up all at once. Storages are placed in front of some defenses intentionally. Their high HP means they act as tanks—giving your defensive buildings time to wipe out enemy troops while they’re stuck on storages. We didn’t place all Elixir or Gold storages on one side. We’ve alternated them, so even if an attacker gets into one side of the base, they won’t be able to steal all of one type of loot. so to avoid that, we place them alternatively, just like our base.

Now coming to the placement of the traps, after observation of so many attacks on this base, spring traps Placed on high-traffic paths where Giants and Hogs usually go. This helps in taking out tanky units before they can get too far into the base.

Small Bombs and giant bomb are placed near walls to stop Wall Breakers from creating openings. This disrupts the attacker’s funnel and forces their troops to stay outside they’ll end up going for the outer trash buildings which will end up ruining their attack.

These air bombs are put in these two places to support our air attacks defending buildings such as air defences, archer towers, and wizard towers.

coming to the outer buildings, I’ve placed them alternatively, like I’ve avoided placing the same kind of collectors close to one another, I see most people not putting enough thought while placing those outer buildings so they end up placing the same kind of collectors all together, these collectors become an easy target to attackers when placed together, hence it is important to spread them out to make it harder for opponents to take them out.

So that’s it for this TH6 Hybrid Base analysis.

I’ll be honest with you, this base will be more than enough on its own if the attackers attack you without clan castle troops, but if they have something in their clan castle, you’ll get Rekt every time unless you have something in your clan castle of defence as well. That is why, i usually advise lower town halls to have something in their cc for defence.

I hope you learned something valuable, and you go to the base copy link down bellow. That’s all I had to say, see you guys in the next one.

BEST DEFENSIVE CLAN CASTLE TROOPS COMBINATIONS

Using clan castle troops for defending your base is highly recommended as they can put the attacker in trouble by distracting them. Even though the base alone is sufficient to stop most of the attacks used by Town Hall 6 attackers, using the clan castle can help a lot. At Town Hall 6 you can get Maximum of 20 housing space in your clan castle, here are some of my recommendations for CC troops combinations for the defense at Town Hall 6 :-

  1. 1 Witch + 2 Wizards (Recommended)
  2. 1 Baby Dragon + 2 Wizards + 2 Archers
  3. 2 Valkyries + 1 Wizard
  4. 1 Dragon

FEATURES OF THIS BASE

  1. Centered and well-protected Town hall
