Hey guys, dark here, today I have this really good builder hall 4 base for you, I’m pretty sure, this base paired up with good attacking skills will do wonders. I will be talking more about this base in-depth in the base analysis part of this post, which will help you in understanding the ins and outs of the base, and also clear your doubts regarding this base, I’ll see you guys in the base analysis below.

Let’s do the base analysis

the first thing, that you’ll notice is that the builder hall is kept in the center surrounded by all our defenses, it is placed that way to prevent opponents from getting 2 stars on our base.

the main feature of the base is these openings, these openings force opponents troops to go where we want them to go, for example, if opponents drop their giants over there, they won’t be going for the wall as per opponent’s plan, instead they will walk on the predetermined path we’ve set for them, either they will go for this top opening or the opening at the bottom, if the opponents troops go through the bottom opening then they’ll be stuck attacking useless buildings like clock tower, star laboratory and army camps, some of the buildings have really high hitpoints that hold opponents troops for a long time, while our defenses will be dealing damage to them, while dealing with those high hitpoint buildings opponents will lose a lot of troops count which is already low in builder hall 4, the remaining troops will be taken care by the crusher that acts as a gate keeper for the central compartment, so overall the bottom opening is quite safe, now lets see the top opening, first thing we notice is that this opening is covered by lot of defenses in its range, so any army that tries to enter the base through this opening will have to deal with a lot of defenses at once, this becomes a hard task since the troop count available at builder hall 4 is quite low, then we placed two high hitpoints buildings at the top to make them act as shield for our defenses, so our defenses get more time to deal more damage, then we have some mines placed near the entrance of the opening for further protection, so overall by making these openings we have limited opponent options as we now have some control where opponent’s troops will go, then we have made certain measures on those openings to make them protected.

Now let’s talk about the defenses,

The cannon and double cannon is placed in a way that their range covers a huge portion of the base and they help in making the upper part of the base stronger, then we also have a cannon at the bottom for the protection of bottom region.

Archer towers are placed in such a way they cover pretty much the whole base, which make this base an absolute beast against air attacks,

Both the firecracker and air bomb are kept at a distance from each other, because those who use baby dragons like to take out both of them together, by placing them at a distance, we’re making it harder for opponents to use baby dragons on our base, as even if one gets taken out the other one is still there to protect our base, and they are placed in such a way that the whole base gets covered in their range and no side is left weaker to air attacks.

Crusher is also placed in the center of the base on the gate of this opening, as I mentioned earlier this cursher does the job of eliminating remaining troops that are coming through bottom opening.

Now coming to traps placement, I’ve placed them after observation of a lot of attacks where they can perform the best, for example, you see that mine and mega mine in the core, they were placed there to finish off the troops that survived the crusher. Most of the raids ended right here because of this deadly combo.

Then we have some spring traps here and there depending upon where opponents troops were most likely to walk through.

I’ve already explained those two mines at the top to further enhance the protection of top opening.

Then we have this tesla in the bottom the surprises a lot of opponents, as they don’t plan for it, this tesla deals a lot of damage to opponents troops while they are stuck on these irrelevant buildings.

Some of the push traps push troops away from the base, so all opponent’s troops don’t overpower our defenses at once and our defenses get some additional time to react.

Coming to the outer buildings, they are smartly placed at a distance from one another to ruin opponents funnel, and we have already made use of a lot of high hitpoints buildings to make them act as shield for our defenses
