This base is one of the best base for coc Town Hall 10 available on YouTube. This Town Hall 10 coc base layout can be used for Trophy pushing. To know more about this TH10 best coc base, continue reading this post.
yo guys, I’m dark barbarian, today we’re making another town hall 11 hybrid base, I’ve done town hall 11 bases on this channel only twice before, they got a pretty good response from you guys, so here’s another one for you, this base is going to help you farming loot as well pushing your trophies, I was easily able to maintain myself at champions league and farmed good loot over there, but since my base is almost maxed and yours probably isn’t maxed yet, so you may have to go a little lower like masters league or somewhere close to that, but I’m sure it’s gonna serve you well, this base has so many features which I’m gonna discuss in the base analysis part of the video where I do an in-depth breakdown of the base, that’ll give a deep understanding of how this base works and it’ll also solve your doubts that you may have regarding this base.
let’s do the base analysis
first of all, our most important defense at town hall 11, the eagle artillery is placed right in the core of the base, this is the defense that most players at town hall 11 are scared of, so giving away our key defense by placing it any outer compartment would be the last thing I would want to do while building a base at town hall 11, coming to its range, it’s so darn big that it covers our whole base, forests, the waterfall and pretty much everything except the buildings placed close to it in its 7 tile range.
Moving forward, our most important resource at town hall 11, the dark elixir storage is placed in the core of the base, it is important to keep your dark elixir safe unless you wanna spend years upgrading your heroes, so placing it in the core of the base is the most appropriate option.
our clan castle is placed in the core compartment as well because we want to make it harder for opponents to lure our clan castle troops, you can see the clan castle is placed more towards the northwest region of the base, it’ll be comparatively harder for opponents to lure out clan castle troops from southern or eastern part of the base because the range of clan castle is deep inside, this kinda gives opponents an incentive to attack from the northern part of the base, people usually avoid attacking from spots where the clan castle is far away, as they don’t wanna fight the clan castle troops while they’re in the middle of the battle, they usually prefer starting their attack from the side where the clan castle in close, so they can take them out as soon as possible, the clan placement, dark elixir storage and out town hall placement towards the northern part of the base gives opponent’s all the reason so start their attack from the top part of the base and that is exactly what we want them do to as well.
you may wonder, why do I want opponents to attack from the northern part of the base, well, it’s because of two features that I’ve set up, so feature one, the tesla farm, taking out the town hall may seem like an easy task to the opponent as it doesn’t seem that protected, so they start deploying troops from the upper part, but as soon as they get close, our teslas get erected and trust me 4 high-level teslas placed together can literally melt any troop in seconds, be it an electro dragon, Pekka or a golem, their damage per second is so high, that it becomes hard to face all of them at once, these teslas combined with other defenses nearby can deal lethal damage to the enemy troops that most them will be gone by the time they get close to the town hall, if you have some troops in your clan castle for defense, then those troops will keep opponents troops distracted while teslas will doing great damage, so that’s another ideal situation.
the next feature is, placement of high hitpoint buildings, if you pay attention you’ll notice that we have so many high hitpoints buildings in this northern region that they act as a wall for our main defenses. those elixir storages, gold storages, clan castle, dark elixir storages, and the town hall with the massive 9600 hitpoints, help in buying time for our main defenses by getting in way of opponent’s troops before they can reach our defenses, so our main defenses can deal great damage to those troops while they are stuck on these high hitpoint buildings.
so these two features make it really hard for opponents to take out this base from the northern region.
now some of you would say ” but dark, the opponent’s I’m trying to protect my base from could be watching this video and now they know that they shouldn’t attack from the northern region, so they’ll attack from the southern part, what do we do now?” this is a genuine doubt, the thing is, just because the upper part of the base is strong and has some good features doesn’t mean the southern part is weak, first of all, the opponent will have to deal with our defending cc troops distracting their troops in the middle of the battle while all our main defenses will be dealing great damage to them, and apart from that, I’ve done the defensive buildings placements in a balanced way so no side is left weaker to any kinds of attacks, so let’s take a look how I’ve placed the defenses in a balanced way.
Mortars are placed towards the outer compartments of the base because we want them to protect us against spam attacks like BARCH and mass goblins, but they not only protect the outer buildings of the base they are placed in such a way that they pretty much cover the whole base except the core which is not really required to be covered by the mortar as most low hitpoint spam troops won’t be able to reach there.
Archer towers are arranged in such a way that their range covers the whole base, which means the base is well secured against air attacks from all the sides
wizard towers are placed at a distance from one another in well-protected compartments towards the central part of the base so that they can provide air splash damage coverage to pretty much most of the base covering a lot of defenses in their range.
Air defenses are placed away from one another in different compartments to protect them from being taken out by lightning spells in a group. they are placed in compartments near the core of the base, they have air sweepers well paired with them contributing to an increase in the protection against air attacks like lava loon, mass dragons, and mass electro dragons.
Cannons are placed right where they are needed providing the overall balance to the base and making this base perform pretty well against ground attacks.
Inferno towers are placed right in the center of the base making the core of the base stronger, and covering our most important defenses like X-bows, eagle artillery, and Air Defenses.
you have to set inferno tower’s mode, according to the armies you’re getting attacked with, for example, inferno towers are to be set on single-target if you’re getting attacked by electro dragons and other high hitpoint troops like golems and pekkas, but if you’re getting attacked with low hitpoint troops like bowlers, miners, witches, etc then you may set it on multiple mode.
he Xbows are well protected in the central compartments in such a way they provide protection to most of the defenses, we’ve set them on both ground and air as we want protection against both air and ground attacks.
Now, coming to the storages, they are placed in different compartments in pair away from at a distance from one another because you already know placing all of them in the core in place of our main defenses, is clearly not a very smart decision, and you already know why I’ve placed them alternatively rather than placing all gold storages on one side and all elixir storages on the other, because the opponent can easily steal all your gold or elixir just by taking out this portion of the base, and it’s better to lose your loot in a balanced way rather than losing all the loot of one kind of resource, these are all basic stuff that I usually discuss on lower town halls but I still went over them, just in case, someone inherited a th11 account from their friend, or someone is making a comeback after years.
Now coming to the placement of the traps, after observation of so many attacks on this base, spring traps, and giant bombs are strategically placed in different compartments according to the pathing of defense attacking troops like hogs and giants, which helps in making this base stronger against ground attacks. for example, this tornado trap is placed right in the core, to keep the opponent’s troops stuck there for a few seconds while they are surrounded and attacked by all our main defenses.
now coming to the outer buildings you can customize where you want to put them according to your choice. just make sure you don’t put the same type of collectors all together, otherwise, the opponent will take all your loot in the collectors very easily.
that’s it for the base analysis
BEST DEFENSIVE CLAN CASTLE TROOPS COMBINATIONS
Using clan castle troops for defending your base is highly recommended as they can put the attacker in trouble by distracting them. Even though the base alone is sufficient to stop most of the attacks used by Town Hall 10 attackers, using the clan castle can help a lot. At Town Hall 10 you can get Maximum of 35 housing space in your clan castle, here are some of my recommendations for CC troops combinations for defense at Town Hall 10 :-
- 1 Electro Dragon + 1 Balloon (Recommended)
- 1 Baby Dragon + 2 Valkyrie + 2 Wizard
- 1 Golem + 1 Wizard + 1 Archer
- 1 Witch + 5 Wizards + 3 Archers
- 1 Lava Hound + 1 Balloon
- 1 Dragon + 3 Wizard + 1 Archer
Since most people can’t get these troops from their clans, you can also use other troop combinations which are easily available like all wizards, all balloons or any other troop combination but i highly recommend you to have above mentioned troops for best defensive experience at Town Hall 10.
